Alterations and Upgrade to Terrace Property, Newport
The property to be reonvated is a vacant end of terrace ex shop that has been badly changed back to a house. The work that is required is -
Some block work to creat smaller window opening to the front, block work to support upstairs chimney as chimney downstairs has been removed, Construction of stud walls, 2 completely new window openings, removal and relocation of bathroom and associated works ( relocation of svp), small amount of rewiring, level an upstairs floor (has dropped a little due to removal of chimney) alterations to kitchen and utility and relocation of boiler. Making good after alterations ie - plasterboard and skim, some skirting boards etc where neccesary. Flat roof to be exposed and timberfs checked before fibreglass roof applied.
